If you are making your purchase from abroad, delivery times depend on the destination:

Can I exchange my shoes if they don't fit?
That's right 💖 If the size didn't fit or you wish to exchange them for another model, you can request an exchange within 7 business days of receiving your order, provided that the shoes are in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original box.

In Peru, you can make the exchange at our physical points at the Chiclayo store or the Lima showroom in Miraflores. If the exchange is done via home delivery, the return and reshipping costs are borne by the customer.
